My journey in travel planning started 23 years ago when I first experienced the magic of Disney World as an adult. That trip sparked my passion for creating detailed itineraries that maximize both value and enjoyment. Over the years, I’ve expanded my personal travels to fifteen Caribbean countries, seven European destinations, and multiple cruises. I even planned my own destination wedding! And of course, I still make frequent visits to Disney and Universal.

Do you only book certain brands or resorts?
No. I recommend what's best for you based on your preferences and travel needs. While I have close connections with many brands, my loyalty is with my clients.
Can you help with flights?
Yes! I can assist with flights as part of your travel package, or I can share the best options with you for you to book on your own. If you are looking for flight-only travel planning, I have an upfront booking fee to cover my guidance and travel support services.
I've never worked with a travel agent. What does the process of working with you look like?
The process looks different from one client or trip to another since I believe in customizing each aspect to meet your travel needs. But here's an idea:
- You complete a quick inquiry form.
- We connect by phone to discuss your vision and preferences. I really like to get to know as much as I can about your previous travels and ideas for this trip.
- I create customized recommendations which we work together to tweak until we find what you're envisioning.
- I handle booking your trip.
- I reach out periodically from the booking date until after you've completed your trip. This communication includes reminders, tips and tricks, travel documents, and taking care of any needs you have before you go.
What is the cost of working with you?
I offer three options of working together. You can see those options here.
How does payment work?
Most trips require a deposit to book with the remaining balance due closer to travel. I can assist with payment schedules if time allows. All payments are made directly with the travel company we use to book your trip.
If your trip includes a planning fee, I will invoice you directly for the fee.
What if I just want a quick idea of where to go and a quote?
My process works best when I can understand your preferences and recommend the right fit. If you're solely looking for the best "deal", we may not be a good fit to work together.
Is it more expensive to book my trip with you?
My pricing is typically comparable to booking yourself online (even with those "deal" websites that provide little to no support.) Many resorts, cruiselines, and travel companies build commission into their standard rates.
For more complex trips, I charge a planning fee to cover the time and expertise involved. However, I often have access to better pricing on travel packages that may negate the travel planning fee.
